There are a lot of questions you might have when it comes to working with MaxCash. Loans and refinancing can be a bit confusing, so we are here to help you as best we can. Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions, which should hopefully answer whatever MaxCash related queries you might currently have.

What is

MaxCash is the #1 loan processing service in the entire nation. We work closely with borrowers and lending companies alike to bring them together for competitive deals. We find the right lender for a borrower and then guide them through the entire process of getting things all set up, taking away a great deal of the hassle and headache that getting a loan on your own would create.

How Do I Use

To use MaxCash, go over to our quick and easy online form to begin the process of obtaining a loan. From there, just fill out the information that it asks for, send it in, and a representative will be in touch with you shortly to go over details and get you paired up with the right loan company for you.

Is My Information Safe on

Absolutely. We will at no point in time ever sell or distribute any personal information that you provide us with, aside from the direct lender we set you up with. We do not do business with any lender that would sell or share your private information for a profit.

We also do not distribute any of your private information to multiple lenders. We only work with one lender at a time. The only time we send information to more than one lender is when you are not satisfied with the first lender you were paired with.

Is Legal?

MaxCash is legal in any state where the type of loan you are looking for is legal. All we do is set seeking borrowers up with the most reputable lenders we work to help them obtain emergency money. We contact multiple lenders and compare loan offers to give inquirers the best loan deal available to them.

Should I Use

That is entirely up to you. Keep in mind that any kind of lending is a serious commitment, and you will be in a binding contract with a lender until the loan is fully repaid. Loans take some time to pay back depending on how much you borrow and what kind of income you make. If you need a significant amount of money in a hurry and a steady income, MaxCash could be one of your best options.

Why is Using a Loan Processor Advantageous?

By loan shopping yourself, you could end up spending 20 to 45 minutes on the phone with a lender, only to get rejected or presented with unaffordable terms. Doing that repeatedly can be monotonous and absolutely frustrating, to say the least. However, by using MaxCash as your loan processor, you could relax while we make all of the calls and compare loan offers for you. In most cases, we could handle the entire loan process for you. Plus, our loan processing service is entirely free of charge!

How Does Make Money?

All costs for MaxCash’s services are paid by the lender and not added onto your fee when you repay the loan. Lenders would rather pay us a small fee than spend more money on advertising to attract clients. We supply the quality clients (you), and lenders offer competitive interest rates and better terms!

Does Charge an Inquiry Fee?

Not at all. All of the services that we provide are completely free to any and all of our customers. Anything that you pay will go directly to the lender we help you form a deal with.

Are There Obligations to Using a Loan Processing Service?

Not at all. You are more than welcome to use our free loan processing service. If we present loan offers to you, and you decide against using our lenders, that’s ok! You are under no obligation to accept a loan offer or sign a contract. So, apply confidently!

What Documents Do I Need?

If you are approved for a loan, you will be put in contact with the lender we got you the best deal with. They will ask you to provide them with some important documents that will give confirmation of your identity, income, as well as some other important details. Things that you will need to show your lender include:

  • Government-issued photo I.D.
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of residence
  • Other documents pertaining to the specific kind of loan

How Do I Get Started with

When getting the ball rolling with MaxCash, the first thing you will need to do is to fill out the fast and easy pre-approval form online. The pre-approval inquiry form is kept short to just few questions—you could finish in minutes! The information provided will let us know more about you and your finances.

Once we have all this information, we could determine which lender would be the best option for you and put you in touch with said lender. The lender might let us know the pre-approval amounts, and from there ask us to guide you through the process. The information that is meant to be kept the most private will be kept between you and your direct lender—not us.

Once you aware of what you could receive money-wise, you may decide for yourself if you want to go forward with the loan offer or not. This is all done without any cost to you at all. If you do decide to get the loan, then you will be paying the lender directly rather than us.

Is MaxCash a Lender?

No, we are not a direct lender. What we do is act as a bridge that brings borrowers and lenders together. We work closely with several reputable lending companies across the country to get our customers the best interest rates and loan amounts. Our close relationship with lenders allows us to get better deals than a customer could on their own, while also keeping them from having to call multiple lenders to acquire quotes. Once we find a compatible lending company and acquire a good loan deal with them, we put the borrower and lending company together to get the ball rolling.

Do I Need to be Employed?

You do not need to be currently employed to get a loan through MaxCash, but you do need to have some form of provable steady income. You could be self-employed or get income from a source that is not a traditional job, but you do need to have some way of showing you could repay the loan.

Do I Need a Bank Account?

You do not need to have a bank account to get a loan in most states, though you do in Florida and a couple other states. There are plenty of ways to receive the money you borrow from your lender, including:

  • Getting a check written out and sent to you through the mail
  • Stopping by the licensed lender’s brick and mortar location and picking up your money in person
  • Direct deposit into a non-bank account online wallet
  • Picking up the money at a MoneyGram location close to you

How Do I Get in Touch with My Loan Lender?

It is natural that at some point during the loan repayment process you may need to get a hold of your direct lender. Customers could choose to call our customer service phone lines at (833)-207-9052.
